Ishanthi is a behaviour analyst and ABA therapist, with work experience in Canada and Sri Lanka.

She has worked in the special needs and skill building space for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this training certification. Having worked closely with preschool and grade school teachers for the past 10 years, she understands which skills are most required in the classroom and has tailored the curriculum to focus on those.

She currently works as the Head of Student Support Services at Asian International School, Behaviour Analyst and Special needs consultant at ABC preschools, consults at Asiri Hospital, consults with many preschools and private schools in Colombo, and works with the Police women and children’s bureau.
